Attorney Emily Kelley

Legal Experience

Emily Kelley has joined Sanghavi Law Office as an attorney. Before coming to Sanghavi Law Office, Emily served as the Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator at Boston Public Schools. In this role, she was responsible for conducting and managing investigations of possible violations of the district’s equity circulars, including allegations of bias-based conduct and sexual misconduct involving students, employees, and others. Emily also oversaw compliance with Federal and state law relative to Title IX.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Emily worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office on issues related to misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses.

Emily is a graduate of University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, and received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Upon graduation from law school, Emily served as a prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Emily has participated in multiple trainings, including MCAD’s Conducting Internal Complaints of Discrimination Investigations training.

Emily is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Not admitted to practice in other states.
